We normally evaluate any new tour operator’s needs individually through a simple questionnaire, email communications or over the telephone to ensure the training delivered is directly relevant to the tour operator’s business, rather than just generic how-tos. This training is carried out by senior, experienced implementation consultants that are able to advise the tour operator on how the system can be set up in the best manner to achieve the tour operator’s business goals.
