Overview
ResPax Lite is primarily an in-house application that can be installed on as many machines as you like. No need for expensive and complicated server hardware, it is all hosted by ResPax.
The entry level of ResPax Lite is free to use and include on your website, with only a 0.95% transaction fee on bookings. This includes full product management, availability grid, booking voucher and web voucher. ResPax Lite allows for agent bookings via our free tour desk tool, Respax Tour Voucher, or via the network (xmlrpc).
ResPax Lite enables the tour operator to set up the tours that they want to book online. For this reason, the ResPax Lite system may also be managed in parallel with existing in-house reservations system. Set-up functions include definition of prices, availability, tour codes, pick-ups, comments and other basic details about the tour.
ResPax Lite comes bundled with a web voucher that can be quickly integrated into the tour operator's website. The voucher is directly connected to the underlying ResPax Lite availability pool and collects credit card details of direct consumers and returns immediate confirmation numbers and print-friendly vouchers. The voucher is hosted on ResPax servers and includes the use of secure SSL certificates.
Once a booking has been committed on the website, ResPax Lite immediately adjusts availability and notifies the operator that a new booking has been confirmed on their website. The booking can be accessed from the Bookings tab.
Booking Screen
Review all your bookings in one place and search via guest name or confirmation or sort via the field headings. Status of each booking is dispalyed in the field so you can easily view each booking in detail from the one screen.
Availability Grid
In one easy view check your remaining availability for each tour on a given day. The flexible view allows you to view by tour, date, number of days and each tour separately.
Tour Setup
The flexible product setup allows you to set up tours under a variety of different operators and allow full flexibility of the tour within each one. Each tour has flexible departure times, availability, pricing as well as multiple pickup points. Tours can have mutiple packages, or different grades of tour, such as gold star service.
Each tour setup provides a direct bookings hyperlink for easy insertion on your website/s relevant to the site, pages or page position on your site/s.
Tour comments allow you to give your guests specific instructions that will be printed on their voucher and booking confirmation information.
Company Setup
The tour company setup screen enables you to configure all the relevant details of your company, and upload logos for use on the web vouchers and online sales tools. It also allows a single place to update your tour operation's tour terms and conditions making management simple.
Reports
Reports are available in the extended version of ResPax Lite. The easy to use reporting system gives you a wide range of reporting that is easy to use and can be printed, exported or viewed from the consoles with just the click of a button. The reports cover banking, invoices, manifests and of course your sales figures. You are also able to filter by date and by agent.
Agent Management
Our Agent management screen enables you to view all agents at a glance and to manage each specific element of the agent in relation to your tours. You can set commissions as an overall commission level or set them with specific commissions per tour for promotions incentives. The tool also allows for individual terms and conditions for each agent.
Agents can view your tours' live availability and make immediately confirmed bookings through our tour desk booking tool, ResPax Tour Voucher, or via a direct system to system connection to the ResPax Operator Network. ResPax Tour Voucher will even provide your agents with links to place on their website to sell your tours on their websites - with the full amount being directly deposited into your bank account (if you have realtime credit card facilities) and booking details being placed directly into your ResPax Lite reservation system.
Easy to Use Web Booking Tools
Keeping it simple is the secret to letting your customers book with ease. The simple layout of the web voucher allows people to book simply with one easy step. Simply place a hyperlink (which is provided by the ResPax Lite system) to the voucher from any web page and you are ready to accept bookings quickly and easily. You can choose colours - red, green or blue and layout - horizontal or vertical.
The web widget is another tool that simply allows you to add the booking tool to any website you wish very quickly and easily for selling your own tours - a mini tour desk in a website!
